Shah Karim moderates FII9 Lab “Artificial Intelligence and Decarbonization”

This year’s FII9 entitled “The Key To Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers Of Growth” took place in Riyadh from October 27-30th. SafeRock CEO Shah Karim was honored to be selected to moderate the session “Artificial Intelligence and Decarbonization – Global Challenges and Opportunities in Industry” on October 29th, 2025.

Energy security concerns and visions of AI-supercharged economies are quickly drowning out concerns over decarbonization goals. Yet, as states shift priorities, corporations have stepped in, with the private sector directing 10% of total energy investments to industrial decarbonization projects. At the end of the day, can companies lead the way to meaningful change, and is a private sector solution possible?
