SafeRock advised on the go-private sale of a public company valued at $8.7 billion at a +39% premium to market cap. Separately, we helped an international omni-channel company grow 19.6% from $2.2 billion to $2.6 billion. SafeRock has experience working with Private Equity firms as well. For example, we established a global network spanning 12 countries and a shared services platform for the portfolio company of a +$500 billion private-equity firm, helping it grow from $2.6 billion to $12.4 billion.

Value Creation

For shareholder value creation, we developed the SRV™ Index – an Artificial Intelligence solution that reduces shareholder risk and attracts long-term capital. With this, for example, we guided a $30+ billion European company to improve valuation. The outcomes of greatest interest to management were: 1) a more supportive and engaged shareholder mix2) increased market cap; and 3) new investment investors. This covered a unique, detailed analysis of 1,500+ investment firms that led to new investors being introduced to the European firm who strengthened it’s position and drove market value.
