Situation

A leading non-profit organization that provides economic and financial education to K-12 students wanted strategic guidance on taking its content to digital, expanding content platform to include tablets, and planning for e-learning. The organization provides support to over 50,000 teachers across the United States who teach over 5 million students annually.

 

Approach

We worked with the COO to review digital strategy, advise on digital engagement and how to improve retention, content management tools, review of e-learning goals, objectives, and platforms, and provide guidance on technology and strategy.

 

Result

Successfully increased digital engagement and improved retention while transitioning from print content to digital and mobile.
